Partridges Of Chelsea ecommerce Website Launch

By 12th July 2017July 18th, 2023No Comments

Partridges of Chelsea/Kensington are a high end grocer, delicatessen and purveyor of fine wines and spirits. They have a large range of American groceries and a growing export business for their own label products. They also have their own Chelsea flower range, a fine food market every Saturday and an onsite Café.

With all of this to offer, they felt their old website didn’t match the high quality level of their brand identity. They required something fresh, attractive and clean to present to their customers, which is where we stepped in.

Partridges of Chelsea

We have been working closely with Partridges since then to create a brand new ecommerce website. This will allow their customers to search for products with ease, checkout online and receive up to date order statuses – all while preserving their well-known and trusted brand. We’ve also incorporated Startisans – their brand for start-ups to realise their ideas and share them with the public. The Partridges website has been built using Magento 2, an ecommerce content management system which will allow them to add/remove/update products and pages themselves with ease.

We have added several new features to their website including various shipping options based on country and weight. There is also a dynamic local shipping option for those in and around the Chelsea area. Additional product attributes such as shipping weight, product brand, ingredients, allergens have been added along with an organised mega-menu structure to help find products easier. They also have a search function, a blog and an automatic newsletter sign up form which links to their mailing system.

We are looking forward to working with Partridges in the future, adding more features to their website to make shopping easier for their customers.
